Jordan McMahon, a graduate from California State University, Los Angeles, completed his degree in Film and Television Studies. Visual storytelling as a means of depicting lives and stories of substance has long been a standing passion that has prompted his interest  in meaningful and  worthwhile projects.

McMahon’s directorial debut, Gift Of God showcases the life of an average family and how they care for a child with special needs. Teddy is like any other 16 year-old; full of life, quirky, rebellious, stubborn and even lovable. There is just one difference—he has Down’s syndrome. Some families struggle. Some give up. And some find it…a Gift Of God.

Some of his short films and collaborations include the acclaimed AFI short film, My Back Yard Was A Mountain. McMahon interned for Stun Creative Production Company and Hearken Creative in Pasadena. Currently in production, Poet.
